Player experience
You shove a lane where you are looking. The crowd in that tube is pushed and hurt, hardest near you and lighter at the tip. The upgrade turns a short shove into a longer, harder blast.
Product goal
Blowback is the offensive spell that clears the lane in front of you. Pyrosphere drops fire on a spot. Blowback pushes the crowd out of the path you are aiming down. It is the weakest spell in that home, and the others outmatch it quickly. The longer shove is what keeps that lane useful once a short push no longer moves the swarm.
Upgrades
- Sonic Amplifier. The shove reaches farther and hits harder. The corridor gets longer, wider, and stronger.
As built
Shop gate: round 3.
Cast spends mana and shoves a corridor along aim. The corridor length stops at the first collision march. Enemies in the tube take damage that falls from the near end to the tip, and a force source pushes them for the corridor duration.
Shop upgrade, required on Blowback:
- Sonic Amplifier — Blowback reaches farther and hits harder. Rank scales length, tube radius, force, duration, and both damage ends.
